Market Ka Gyan
This policy explains what we collect when you fill the unlock form, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Only what you type into the unlock form: your name, email address, mobile number, preferred language, trading experience, capital range, segment traded, broker (optional), your goal, and time available per day. We also record which language of the site you were reading and which page you were on when you submitted it.
We do not collect your PAN, bank details, demat account, trading account credentials, or any financial account information. We will never ask for them. Nobody from Market Ka Gyan will ever contact you asking for account access, a password, or a payment. If someone does, it is not us.
To send you course updates and new lessons, and to understand which languages and experience levels to build for next. That is the entire purpose. Your consent is recorded at the moment you submit the form, and consent is the legal basis on which we hold this data.
Nobody. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your details with brokers, advisory services, lead-generation companies, or any third party. The data sits in our own database on our own server. If that ever changes, we will tell you before it does, not after.
Until you ask us to delete it, or until three years of no engagement, whichever comes first. We do not keep data indefinitely on the assumption it might be useful later.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent entirely. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.
We set two. One remembers that you have filled the form so you are not asked again. One remembers your light or dark theme choice. Neither tracks you across other websites, and we run no advertising or third-party trackers.
The site is served over HTTPS, your data sits in a database that is not reachable from the public internet, and access is restricted to the people who run this site. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you.
For any privacy request — access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent — email the address in the footer. A person reads it.
